Humans For Humanity organized a Menstrual Hygiene Workshop at the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun, where over 300 women, including wives of jawans and officers, were educated on menstrual health.

The workshop covered essential topics like hygiene, nutrition, and mental health, while also addressing taboos and societal challenges. It was a significant step towards helping women manage their health with confidence and dignity. We were joined by Gynaecologist Dr. Rekha Khanna, Nutritionist Smriti Batta & counsellor Dr. Yashana Bahri on the panel of experts. Lubna khannam, Venu Dhingra and Amita Singh also shared their views on importance of women health.
