Dehradun’s Anurag Chauhan awarded with Karamveer Chakra
Dehradun, 28th Nov: Dehradun boy Anurag Chauhan who is the Founder of Humans For Humanity & Dehradun Literature Festivals was awarded the prestigious Karamveer Chakra in New Delhi today. He was awarded for his outstanding contribution in the field of social work, particularly menstrual hygiene.
The award is instituted by United Nations and International Confederation of NGOs. Karmaveer Chakra is the national medallion for proactive voluntary action to be the Change. Anurag was amongst the coveted awardees and was also honoured with the REX Global Fellowship.
